Resupply pointsReport
Game Mechanics
All 69 places on the map where you can actually resupply, across eight columns: beds, skeleton repair beds, medical, repair kits, food, bolts and limbs. Generated straight from the build, not transcribed a second time.
# Resupply points
This page answers one practical question: where is the next place on this trip that I can actually restock.
Kenshi has no inn chain, and "town" does not imply "shop" — a bandit camp is a settlement too, and Black Desert City is a city where you cannot buy any food at all (skeletons do not eat). So resupply has to be looked up item by item; the type of a place does not tell you.
Resupply splits into three layers, because they fail in different ways:
| Layer | What | What happens if it is missing |
|---|---|---|
| Consumables | Medical, repair kits, food, bolts, limbs | Money solves it — if someone there sells it |
| Facilities | Beds, skeleton repair beds | Missing is missing; money will not conjure one |
| Race | Raw meat (only Hivers and Scorchlanders can eat it) | Not a shortage — an extra free option for some races |

How race changes what you need
- Skeleton do not eat at all — hunger rate 0. They need no food line,
but they do need Skeleton Repair Kits, and only a skeleton repair bed can undo wear damage, which permanently shaves 4% off max health per injury.
- Hivers need less resupply than humans, not a different kind. Of the
16 edible items in Kenshi, 14 are marked "All"; what Hivers can eat is a superset of the human list, plus raw and foul raw meat scraped off animal corpses for free. Hive Princes are the exception — they will not eat foul raw meat.
- Scorchlanders are the only humans who can eat raw meat, the sole dietary
difference on the human side.
- Shek are the most expensive mouth in the game, at a 1.25× hunger rate.
- Organic characters with robot limbs need both kinds: repair kits for the
robotic parts, first aid kits for the organic ones. They are not interchangeable.
What this table does not promise
- This table only covers the 163 places with vendor data; the other 96 map
points have no shop data at all. Absence from this table is not "there is nothing there" — it may simply be unchecked.
- Most bed entries are inferred. The Kenshi wiki has no list of which
settlements have beds; it is scattered across dozens of pages of prose. So the ○ cells are inferred from "this settlement has a bar". That inference has counterexamples in both directions: the beds upstairs at Smugglers Bar are free, while the Holy Military Base has a bar but is explicitly documented as having no beds for rent. The ● cells are the ones the wiki states outright.
- Stock moves. Shops have a maximum stock and a restock timer, and change
with world state — when a settlement is taken over, its whole vendor list can be swapped out. This table records "a vendor of this kind is here", not "it will be in stock when you arrive".
