Flying BullReport
English:Flying Bull · Characters
A Shek giant born Ida, once one of King Shager's Invincibles; when the Stone Golem took the throne he walked out carrying the old king's doctrine with him and raised a banner of revolt at New Kralia.
Flying Bull, born Ida, is an enormous Shek warrior and the leader of the rebel faction Kral's Chosen. He holds New Kralia, south of Admag, where fifteen to twenty members of Kral's Chosen live; the player is treated as an enemy the moment they approach the gate.
You tread on Shek soil, flatskin! Is it war that you're after?! Come to me!
An Invincible loyal to the old king
Ida was once one of the "Invincibles" under King Shager, and one of the old king's most devoted subordinates. After Shager was overthrown and Esata, known as the Stone Golem, took the throne, Ida refused to acknowledge the new regime.
His reason is an accusation: the Stone Golem bowed to the flatskins and failed to fight the war against the Holy Nation to the last moment, which is cowardice. He inherited Shager's brand of Shek supremacism intact, called on the old king's supporters to leave Admag, and raised in the south both the outpost of New Kralia and the rebel force of Kral's Chosen.
What Kral's Chosen worship is the legendary Shek hero Kral. They despise the weaker races, and an outsider seeking their respect has only one road open: prove yourself in combat. A player who builds a base near them will find a string of "Shek trials" launched against them.
The Bull Horn Axe
Flying Bull carries a unique Fragment Axe called the Bull Horn Axe, handed to him personally by King Shager. Its description reads:
Gifted to Shager's most loyal Invincible Warrior, Ida the Flying Bull. For him, I fight a thousand men. For him, I die a thousand deaths.

Its actual performance is less extravagant than it sounds: it is simply a Fragment Axe whose indoor penalty is lightened from −6 to −4, which also makes it the only heavy weapon in the game with an indoor penalty of just 4. It is always one of the three Ancient-grade tiers, worth 4,102 to 5,682 Cats.
The bounty and collecting it
Flying Bull's bounty with the Shek Kingdom is 30,000 Cats, but the number printed on the wanted poster is 25,000 Cats — poster and payout do not match, a rare piece of detail in the game. The charge on the poster is stated tersely: extremist, betrayer of the Stone Golem, self-styled Kral's Chosen.
After he falls
- If Flying Bull is killed or imprisoned: New Kralia becomes ruins, and the 5–8 man Kral's Chosen patrols in the Stenn Desert and Spider Plains are replaced by remnants at half the frequency and reduced to 3–6 men.
- If Flying Bull is still alive and free while both Esata and Mukai are killed: Squin falls to Kral's Chosen.
- If Flying Bull is still alive and free while both Esata and High Inquisitor Seta are killed: Stack, Bad Teeth and the Holy Mines all come under Kral's Chosen rule; otherwise the three become ruins under the Holy Nation.
- If Seta, Holy Lord Phoenix and High Inquisitor Valtena are all killed or imprisoned while Flying Bull is alive and free, their patrol range expands into Okran's Valley and the Skimsands.
In other words, Flying Bull is the Shek successor should Esata be brought down. The other candidate, Mukai, by comparison never takes a single settlement during his tenure.
What the Shek think of him
His standing inside the Shek Kingdom is remarkably high. When you hand him over, what the guard paying the bounty says is not "well done":
See you on the other side, Flying Bull... Loyal to Shager until the end. Respect.
Ida stood his ground and fought proud. He was a strong warrior. Honour to you, kin.
