Despite the name, Regulars vary a fair bit in size and weight, but they are all sort of fall into a range that works in most bows. They've become a common standard and are easy to find anywhere.
Bolts [Regulars] are used with Crossbows. For long expeditions, crossbows that use regular bolts are the most efficient.
After researching Crossbow Bolts and learning the Blueprint, these bolts can be made on an Arrow Making Bench. Then can later be stored in a Boltbox.
