A woman whose family was killed by bandits. She owes a Flophouse 3,000 cats; pay it and she joins you. Her name is randomised every playthrough, so the only way to find her in a bar is to talk to people.
My family taught me everything, lessons those bastards could never take away. But they left me alive, and that was their mistake. You fight bandits, yeah? Kill 'em dead? They tried to ruin me with fear, but I'll show them what fear really is.
Recruit Seeking Revenge is a randomly named Unique Recruit. Her family died at the hands of bandits, and she did not.
A 3,000-cat Flophouse bill
You do not hire her with a straight fee. You pay off the 3,000 Cats she owes the Flophouse. Do that and she joins.
She can appear in Black Scratch, Flats Lagoon, the Smugglers Bar, Waystation and Waystation Four, and World's End. She also has a chance of spawning in any town controlled by the United Cities — including while that town is in its "malnourished" state.
Her race is randomly determined by her parent faction, the Drifters, so she looks different every run.

Her armour is Shoddy grade (5% chance of Standard) and she carries a Basic First Aid Kit. Once recruited she runs the "Player TOUGH Merc" dialogue package, with a Brave personality.
Finding her in a bar
Because her name is randomised, she is indistinguishable from any other patron. The wiki's only advice for recruits like her is to pick them out by their equipment — but all she wears is a pair of ragged Halfpants, so in practice the only reliable method is talking to everyone.
