Stobe's GambleReport
English:Stobe's Gamble · Locations
Volcanic badlands. Anti-Slavers (around Spring only); no man's land everywhere else. Main settlements: Spring, Secret Drug Farm.
Volcanic bedrock, acid lakes, landbat flocks that start at eighteen — and yet the only capital on the continent that dares write abolition on its door sits on a peak right here. Nobody knows what Stobe gambled on this ground; everyone since has been gambling on walking back out.

Notable units
| Name | Type | Where | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tinfist | Hostile boss | Spring — the Anti-Slaver HQ at the dead centre of the swamp dome | Leader of the Anti-Slavers and, with 110 Martial Arts, the highest single-hit damage unit in the game; hand him to the United Cities for +75 reputation, or to Longen of the Traders Guild for 2 Leviathan Pearls and the recruitment of Yamdu. |
| Grey | Hostile boss | Spring, Anti-Slaver HQ, at Tinfist's side | He vets new blood: joining the Anti-Slavers means going through him. He is also the only NPC in the game who can permanently clear the escaped-slave / former-slave status. |
| Jaegar | Hostile boss | Walks the streets of Spring | Mad Jaegar on the wanted posters, a Scorchlander Jonin; the 20-strong Jonin raid that follows Tinfist's capture is usually led by him. |
| King Gorillo | Hostile boss | Crumbling Labs | Discounting age multipliers he has the highest combined combat stats of any character in the game, and only one ever spawns on the map; you fight him purely for the ancient goods in the labs. |
| Karate Drifter | Neutral | Walks the zone alone (rare) | An unrecruitable mystery martial artist with 45–55 Strength, absurdly durable for someone travelling alone; one of the zone's signature encounters. |
| Sniperbot | Hostile | Patrols the zone alone (Crazy Sniper squads) | Works solo and is extremely hard to spot; the opening bolt almost never misses. It wears [High] grade armour, so the kit is worth a lot once it goes down. |
| Anti-Slaver | Hostile | Patrols in and around Spring | Spring's rank and file; players allied with the Holy Nation, the United Cities, the Traders Guild or the Slave Traders are attacked on sight the moment they enter town. |
History
- This zone and neighbouring Stobe's Garden are both named for Stobe — the one who held back humanity's extinction through the Skeleton Wars.
- The Elder rewrote Stobe into the exterminator of the human plague, and his cult preaches through this area.
- The Tech Hunters' fifth southbound expedition gave out halfway here, leaving an empty town with its components strewn across the ground.

The channel's verdict: Recommended with caveats
- Hazards The pools in the zone are acid, which anyone who wants to work a body of water into their front-gate defences will actually like.[V1 0:03:55]

- Other The sources of skins are unusually varied: goats, Black Gorillos and Land Bats are all found in this zone.[V1 0:05:37]
