One stands in every village in the Swamp, selling crops, fish and large quantities of Hashish. What sets them apart from other shopkeepers is that they come outside and shout about the stock.
A Fish and Drugs Seller can be found in every Swamp Village in the Swamp, and one each in Mud Town, Shark and Rot. Their names are randomly generated and they live in their own houses.
They call out to you
Most shopkeepers stand behind a counter and wait for you to walk in. This one does not — they advertise their goods out loud on a regular cycle, which is rare behaviour in this game.
You there! Greenlander! You guys love drugs! Come and buy!
That single line explains half the economy of the Swamp: the cash crop here is Hemp, and the buyers for Hashish are in the United Cities.

Their weapon is an Ancient-made Holed Sabre; they wear a Longcoat over a Leather Vest, White Vest or Cloth Shirt, with ragged Halfpants. Armour grade is Shoddy with only a 5% chance of Standard. They are not a combat unit.
