Shek who could not live under the kingdom's leash, backed all the way out to the pre-Kral days when you fought whoever you met, then settled on a red stone shore where nothing grows. Rows of dead spider machines lie along the coast, and nobody remembers whose battlefield that used to be.

NameTypeWhereNotes
GhostHostile bossNo base in this zone — the man himself is in the Berserker village east of Last Stand, over in the neighbouring Spider PlainsBorn Suchon, a warrior driven out of the Shek Kingdom after a defeat, now leader of the Berserkers. This zone only earns the name "Berserker Country" for as long as he is alive: once he dies, the Berserker squads here degrade into lower-weight "broken Berserker" squads. He himself is often killed when Skin Spiders raid the village.
BerserkerHostileRoams the whole zone (squads of 2–8; weight 10 while Ghost is alive)Shek who have refused civilisation, Maniacal personality, opening line "today is a good day to die". This zone is their ground, and out on the red rock you will meet almost nothing else.
CannibalHostileRoams the whole zone (Cannibal raid parties of 6–25, weight 3)They spill over the border from the Shrieking Forest side and hack it out with the Berserkers on this red dirt. Anyone they knock down is carried off and eaten alive, which makes them the one threat here that wins on numbers.
