Watcher's RimReport
English:Watcher's Rim · Locations
Mountains. No man's land. Main settlements: Bounty Hunter Camp, Mercenary Camp.
A ring of dead mountains around the Arach crater: nothing grows, nothing can be hunted, and the zone does not even generate weather. Around the campfires the bounty hunters and the mercenaries are all talking about the same head, and none of them has set out yet.

Notable units
| Name | Type | Where | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bugmaster | Hostile boss | The Arach caldera this zone encircles (strictly speaking inside Arach) | Every bounty hunter and mercenary in the zone is here for his head; the bounty is 100,000 Cats and has to be delivered to the Shek Kingdom at Admag. |
| Mercenary Captain | Neutral | Mercenary camps (randomly generated) | He leads the randomly generated mercenary camps, with 2–4 mercenaries and 2–4 heavies, and hiring is just a conversation; the camp beds are free to use. |
| Bounty Hunter | Neutral | Bounty hunter camps (randomly generated) | The camp has a harpoon turret set up, and you can ask them what they know about the Bugmaster; they will not help you — they are waiting on their own shot at the 100,000 Cats. |
History
- The Bugmaster has lived in the crater inside this rim for centuries, and nobody who went in after him has come back to report what he actually is.
- Aging Shek warriors follow Kral's example and cross this rim to ask the Bugmaster for a duel they cannot win.
