The Tower of Fog is a lone watchtower on an island off the west coast of Vain. It is filled with Fogmen and holds exactly one Fog Prince.
Why it matters
The Fogmen's home ground is the Fog Islands. The Tower of Fog is one of the few fixed locations where Fogmen appear outside them — Vain and the Vale of Kings also have them.
That has a lore consequence: fog itself is not a precondition for Fogman transformation. Fogmen spawn, exist and multiply in places with no fog at all. The Fog Islands' murk is an environmental feature, not the cause of this population.
Who is here
The tower is all Fogmen, plus one Fog Prince.
The Fog Prince is the Fogmen faction's leader-tier unit, a Deadhive Prince subrace of Hive, carrying a Ninja Blade. Each has a head that can be removed from their inventory and sold for a bounty of 6,000 Cats.
In the wild a Fog Prince is never alone — always surrounded by Fogmen and Fog Heavies, and hunting one down in the fog can go badly even with several well-equipped fighters. The Tower of Fog, by contrast, is a fixed location. You know where it is, and you know there is only one.

What it means for the player
The Tower of Fog is a small, fixed-position bounty stop. The payout is modest — one 6,000-Cat head plus a pile of low-grade weapons — but it is highly predictable.
Its real value is that it is on an island: the tower on the island, the island off Vain's west coast. That means you choose when to land and can withdraw to the water at any point — much safer than hunting Princes blind in the fog.
