Notable units
| Name | Type | Where | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sand Ninja Oni | Hostile boss | Cactus Den | Leader of the Sand Ninjas, wanted by the Shek Kingdom, the Holy Nation and the United Cities; because the United Cities and the Traders Guild share one legal system the bounty is counted twice, so it actually pays 20,000. Take her in or kill her and the Sand Ninjas stop raiding player outposts. |
| Sand Ninja Jounin | Hostile | Roams all of Spine Canyon (one-man squads) | Elite Sand Ninjas who carry a bounty 100% of the time and travel alone — the most valuable wandering target in the area. They carry a fixed splint kit (the test for promotion to Jounin is surviving alone in the wilds with broken limbs), though the AI never uses it. |
