Where the Blackshifters grow their crop in Stobe's Gamble — six storm houses, five of them locked, and a pack of security spiders that attack on sight. Run the goods south to Flats Lagoon and the margins are enormous.
The Secret Drug Farm is owned by the Blackshifters and located in Stobe's Gamble. It contains an abundant amount of hashish and hemp, resources which can be sold for massive profits at the nearby city of Flats Lagoon.

Five locked houses means this is a Lockpicking trip. A squad without the skill has to break doors down, and breaking doors down wakes the whole farm.
Why it is worth the run
Stobe's Gamble borders Flats Lagoon, and Flats Lagoon is one of the least inquisitive markets on the continent. The producer and the buyer are a short walk apart, which makes this one of the few trade routes in Kenshi that does not require crossing half the map.
Hashish and hemp are contraband in most cities. In Flats Lagoon they are not a problem. This route is how a lot of players make real money for the first time.
What is on the road
Stobe's Gamble is volcanic rock and acid lakes, and the squads out there are not gentle.
- Land Bats — normally 1 to 10, but they also spawn in swarms of 18 to 30
- Black Gorillos — alone, but hard work
- Leviathans — solo; go around
- Southern Hive scouts and patrols, Skeleton Bandit patrols, Crab Raider scouts
Why the player cares
The Secret Drug Farm is a mid-game cash machine. The entry requirement is Lockpicking plus enough force to handle a few security spiders; the payoff is a short, high-margin trade route.
It is also the most honest thing the Blackshifters have on the map. This is what the organisation does, with no other packaging around it.
