It can be randomly equipped by Bar Fishermen, Bar Thugs, Drifters, Goat Men, Outlaws, Slavers, Slaver Caravan Bosses, Slaver Caravan Guards, Tech Hunters, Tech Hunter Gate Guards, Tech Hunter Guards, and Tech Hunter Ruins.

This armour has inventory dimensions of 3x3.

The Turban is made from a single piece of cloth and wrapped around the players head so that some hangs to cover the cheeks and neck of the character.
