He is a Scorchlander by race but comes with a Greenlander skin — rare enough that the wiki calls it out.
He is not good with words, often mispronounces things, and is highly aggressive. If the player is rude to him, he may attack. There is also a fun branch: accuse him of eyeballing you back and the dialogue veers into a humorous exchange.
His personality tag is Maniacal.

The floor is 5,000 Cats. Offer less and you insult him, and he ends the conversation.
Worth it? Depends what you want. Per the wiki he has increased combat stats, with even higher Dexterity and Athletics (15 each) — but no other skills at all: no medic, no engineering, no science, no labouring.
