The proprietor of the Crab Smithy in Crab Town, the only vendor on the continent selling the full Crab Armour set and its blueprints — but only to allies of the Crab Raiders, and everyone else is "Crabless".

The Crabsmith is a vendor of the Crab Raiders, keeping shop in the Crab Smithy in Crab Town — the Crab Raider capital in the north-east of the Pits East.
What he sells
The full set of Crab Armour and its blueprints, plus some fish.
The crab line covers the Crab Helmet, Crab Armour, Crab Trousers and Crab Shoes. The one worth the trip on its own is the Crab Helmet — it has the highest blunt resistance of any helmet in the game.
Two shops, one condition
The Crab Smithy is not only in Crab Town. There is a second one in Crab Village, out in Stobe's Garden, run by a Crabsmith as well, with a Crab Raider and a Crab Raider Civilian in the shop alongside him. For a squad coming up out of the south-eastern badlands, the Crab Village branch is often the more convenient of the two.
For Stobe's Garden in particular, this is the only shop in the zone that can absorb a large haul and turn loot into Cats. Worth noting too: the Crab Helmet gives 60% protection against acid weather, and Crab Armour has the highest cut and harpoon resistance of any body armour in the game — precisely the combination you want for crossing the south-eastern badlands and the Ashlands.
Getting into town
The Crab Raiders inside Crab Town are non-hostile and anyone can enter — unless you are allied to the Skeleton Bandits or the Skin Bandits. The town holds a bar and the smithy, which makes it a surprisingly useful place to sell goods for somewhere this remote.
The gate guards do have one exception, though: if you are being chased by a wandering Crab Raider patrol, the guards will join in. Make sure nothing is following you before you walk up.
The man himself
Strength 50 and combat stats 50, randomised by ±7; his gear is a coin flip between Standard and High grade. He wears the full crab set himself (Crab Armour, Crab Trousers, Crab Shoes) over a Rusty Chain Shirt or Rusty Chainmail, with a Naginata Katana on his back and a Basic First Aid Kit on him.
