A Holy Nation woman taken in by the Flotsam Ninjas, who never graduated because of her temper. She refuses to be recruited by a male human — only women, or any race not of "Pure Blood".
I learnt the hard way that there is no god. But a lot of the refugees here, they just can't let go of their belief in Okran, even after Okran betrayed us all, abandoned us to be left at the mercy of man... I just can't live amongst this nonsense any longer. I despise it.
Reva is a Unique Recruit. She was a citizen of the Holy Nation who was taken in and trained as an apprentice by the Flotsam Ninjas, but never made it to being a full-fledged "Paladin basher" because of her anger issues. She hires on for 6,000 Cats.

The restriction is not an arbitrary gate but an extension of her writing: she walked out of a regime built on Pure Blood as an article of faith, one that treats non-humans as heresy. What she is refusing is that standard itself.

Reva shares a good deal of dialogue with her fellow Flotsam recruit Digna, most of it aimed at Griffin and mainly about his past. She also has three lines exclusive to her, triggered when Griffin first enters Heng.
