Lost Armour StoreReport
English:Lost Armour Store · Locations
A locked ancient outpost building in north-east Stobe's Gamble containing a complete, intact armour workshop. The door is security level 72, and behind it sit a Masterwork Black Plate Jacket and Masterwork Samurai Boots — the cleanest lockpicking exam in the game.
The Lost Armour Store is an Outpost s-I building in the north-east of Stobe's Gamble, an ancient location left behind by the Second Empire. It is not a settlement and it has no shopkeeper. It is an armour workshop that was locked up and then forgotten.
A level 72 door
The whole difficulty of this location is written on the door: it is locked, at security level 72.
No garrison, no patrols, no spiders. Getting in requires exactly one thing — enough Lockpicking, or enough bodies to break the door down. Two containers inside carry their own locks:
| Container | Security level |
|---|---|
| Front door | 72 |
| Safe | 74 |
| Metal Chest | 57 |
What is inside
What makes the Lost Armour Store unusual is that it is not a pile of scattered junk — it is a complete armour production line, still standing where it was left.
| Furnishing |
|---|
| Heavy Armour Smithy |
| Plate Beating Station |
| Chainmail Sheet Fabrication Bench |
| Leather Tanning Bench |
| Leather Armour Crafting Bench |
| Chain Armour Crafting Bench |
| Chainmail storage box |
| Storage: Armour Plate x2 |
| Security level 74 Safe |
| Security level 57 Metal Chest |
Ordinary loot is crafting stock in modest amounts — Armour Plating, Building Materials, Steel Bars, Copper, Chainmail Sheets and cats.
The headline items come from the Artifacts system
What actually justifies the trip is the gear the Artifacts system spawns here:
| Item | Grade / manufacturer |
|---|---|
| Black Plate Jacket | Masterwork |
| Samurai Boots | Masterwork |
| Polearm | Edgewalker I |
| Armoured Rags | Specialist |
| Horse Chopper | Skeleton Smiths I |
Masterwork is the top of the armour quality ladder (Prototype → Shoddy → Standard → High → Specialist → Masterwork), and the Black Plate Jacket is one of the highest-protection chest pieces in the game. Two top-tier armour pieces for one lockpick is an absurd mid-game return.
What it means for the player
In design terms the Lost Armour Store is a very clean skill check: it tests Lockpicking and travel, not combat.
For a stealth or thief-oriented squad it is the highest-priority target in Stobe's Gamble — earlier and easier than anything in Spring. For base builders, that intact workshop is also a useful reference: it shows exactly which benches a full armour line needs.
