The Holy Nation Recruits are the Generic Recruits found in Holy Nation territory. There is a male and a female version, both randomly named, and both cost 3,000 Cats.
Where to hire them
The female version spawns in all three of the Holy Nation's major towns:
In a regime that excludes women from very nearly every public role, she is one of the few female characters recruitable in the three cities.
She wants out
The female recruit's premise is stated without ceremony: she is a woman looking for work outside of the Holy Nation.
Her personality is random, and personality determines how she opens. Among the lines the wiki records:
I hope I'm not too forward speaking to you, brother. But you're from the outside, right? I'm looking for work outside of the city.
... Well... It- it's more appropriate of me if I keep my distance from you, holy brother. I wouldn't want to offend you... I guess you're from outside, huh?... I'm looking for work outside...

It's not easy being a woman in this town, huh outlander? Sister, need a merc? We women need to stick together, stick it to those self-righteous bucket brains.
The male version
The male recruit is a man, randomly named, with a random personality, at the same 3,000 Cats. His weapon pool is wider: Katana, Horse Chopper, Topper, Guardless Katana, Ringed Sabre, Nodachi, Ninja Blade, Plank or Wakizashi.
Both use the "Player TOUGH Merc" dialogue package once recruited.
Stats
The wiki's stat block lists only the race (Greenlander) with no modifiers specified — in other words, this is an unmodified baseline character. What 3,000 Cats buys is a body and a name; the fighting has to be trained in.
