A randomly named Greenlander woman looking for work outside the Holy Nation, hireable for 3,000 Cats. Her opening line changes with your character's gender — and that difference is the whole point.
The Holy Nation Female Recruit is a randomly named Generic Recruit found inside the Holy Nation. She can spawn in all three Major Towns — Blister Hill, Stack and Bad Teeth — and hires for 3,000 Cats.
Her premise is one sentence: a woman looking for work outside the Holy Nation.
How she differs from the male version
The wiki puts it plainly: except for being female and wearing a shirt, she is almost identical to the Holy Nation Male Recruit.
Same stats, same price, same dialogue package. The difference is the shirt — a Leather Shirt or a Turtleneck, which the male version does not get. That garment is not armour design; it is Holy Nation rule.
How she approaches you
Her personality is random, and personality decides which line she opens with. The part worth noticing is that her lines split by your character's gender.
To a male character:
I hope I'm not too forward speaking to you, brother. But you're from the outside, right? I'm looking for work outside of the city.
... Well... It- it's more appropriate of me if I keep my distance from you, holy brother. I wouldn't want to offend you... I guess you're from outside, huh?... I'm looking for work outside...
Can I be of assistance, holy brother?
To a female character the register changes completely:
Sister, I'm looking for work, need a hireling?
It's not easy being a woman in this town, huh outlander? Sister, need a merc? We women need to stick together, stick it to those self-righteous bucket brains.
Same character, same situation. To a man it comes out as apology and distance; only to a woman does she say what she means. "Bucket brains" are the helmeted Holy Nation soldiers.
After recruitment
She uses the "Player TOUGH Merc" dialogue package. On stats, the wiki lists only her race (Greenlander) with no bonuses at all — she is a blank slate you have to train.
